CARROW ROAD WEBSITE

Re-designing the hospitality experience at Norwich City Football Club.

Bringing the Carrow Road Rebrand to Life Online

After their rebrand, Carrow Road needed a website that could properly bring the new brand to life online. The goal was to make it much easier for people to find spaces, book events, and get the information they needed without feeling overwhelmed. I worked closely with the Carrow Road team to create a site that felt modern, clear, and easy to use.

With a tight deadline, the project was launched in stages, starting with a holding page so bookings and enquiries could still come through while the full site was being built. Working in collaboration with the developers at Bigfork, I focused on creating straightforward user journeys, making it easy for visitors to browse rooms, explore event spaces, and navigate the site across all devices.

Accessibility and usability were a huge part of the project. Clear layouts, easy-to-follow content, and a flexible “Find a Room” tool helped users quickly narrow down options based on event type or guest numbers. Everything was designed to feel welcoming and intuitive, whether someone was planning a wedding, a conference, or a graduation ceremony.

The final site gave the Carrow Road team a flexible WordPress setup they can easily update themselves, while creating a much smoother experience for visitors from the very first click.
